By using the BugHunters Vision API and NPM package, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. License and API Usage

BugHunters Vision provides a paid API for AI-assisted visual regression testing.

API Tokens: You are responsible for keeping your BUGHUNTERS_VISION_TOKEN secure. Any usage originating from your token will be deducted from your account balance.
Token Consumption: API calls evaluated by our backend will consume tokens. Local evaluations resolved by our "Fast Pixel Match" algorithm do not consume API tokens.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our backend API.
Use the API to process illegal content, CSAM, or content that violates Anthropic's Acceptable Use Policy.
Attempt to bypass token limits or rate limiting.

3. "As-Is" Service and Liability

⚠️ Important Notice on AI Accuracy

BugHunters Vision relies on Large Language Models (LLMs) to evaluate UI differences. While our AI provides highly accurate "human-like" evaluations, AI is inherently probabilistic. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy in every edge case.

BugHunters Vision is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any CI/CD pipeline failures, production bugs, or financial losses resulting from the use of this tool.

4. Refunds

Due to the hard costs associated with processing multimodal AI requests, token purchases are non-refundable once used.

5. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify pricing, token limits, or features at any time. Active subscribers will be notified of material changes.
